Chapter 1- It Begins
On June 8th 2013 I proposed to my beautiful girlfriend Janelle. If you missed how I did it, I suggest you check out my proposal which I recorded HERE (Have tissues ready) 
So she said YES! I’m the happiest DJ around…Im on cloud nine, and the video of my proposal is going viral! Then realisation slowly starts dawning on you the same way a hangover does as you open your eyes after a night on the town…I am about to start one of the most stressful and expensive tasks of my life! “But Dave!” I hear you say “Weddings are the most wonderful and exciting things you will ever do together”(-_-) …yeah…Don’t get me wrong, I love Janelle but I do this for a living. My company Komodo Music do over a hundred weddings per year. I have seen so many brides and grooms fight, cry, laugh and stress over the smallest things and some of them (not a lot but a few) never make it down the aisle.…and I am about to enter into this…voluntarily?! So I have decided to start The Oh My God I'm Getting Married Diaries where I can not only share our progress, but also give you all some humorous insight into what goes into a wedding. Also if you have been married, this will be an opportunity for you impart your wisdom to others by leaving comments.Ultimately (like every wedding) this is going to be stressful, expensive, but also a lot of fun!
