Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all our visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using any part of our WEBSITE, you accept to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of these Agreements. If you disagree with any part of the terms of the agreements, then you may not access the website or use the service.
Provision of Service
This sets out the basic obligation of Komodo Music to render services which are part of the agreement. If any changes need to be done by client then, the wording will need to be changed slightly or else this point can be dealt with in the Schedule.
Komodo Music runs and manage an incredibly, efficient and effective platform to provide what a good DJ company should be.
There are four major areas in which Komodo Music specializes in:
Komodo Weddings deals solely with brides and grooms looking to tie the knot.
Komodo Music performs in an events like – Christmas Parties, Awards Nights, Birthday Celebrations and Milestone Events
Komodo Venues is an exclusive special through various venues around Perth that ensure a substantial discount on the DJ Services.
Kiddie Komodo is for clients with children between the ages of 6-12 who want a reliable and fun DJ service at a reasonable price
Booking Procedure
At Komodo Music, after we must have received your acceptance of price and confirmation with the $200.00 deposit as per payment procedure, we will immediately make necessary arrangements as regards our performance as agreed. Then, we will send to you confirmation by e-mail with your booking status.
Payment Procedure
The $200.00 required deposit is non-refundable. This guarantees your reservation.
Validity
Prices quoted are net basis and valid according to the date specified on the printed tariffs, warrants that the prices or rates quoted are correct according to the current rate.
Cancellation Policy
If any of our clients cancels 30 days prior to event, all monies paid will be refunded (apart from the deposit). All outstanding monies must be paid if cancelled after 30 days to event and full balance must be paid 7 days prior to event
If the client meets with their allocated DJ and is not satisfied, providing it is reasonable to do so, Komodo Music will re-allocate a DJ and organize another meeting. If there is an emergency on the day of the function, Komodo Music will do everything within its power to cover a show with a replacement DJ or equipment
Fees and Payment
This clause contains the default position for invoicing and payment. Any special terms should be put into the Schedule. Whichever way it goes, failure to leave deposit may result in cancellation of services.
We want to be able to terminate access to certain users, if these users abuse our website.
We still want to make it clear here that the content, logo, video or, visual design etc and trademarks are exclusive property of Komodo Music.
For any material changes to the Terms and Conditions; we must notify users in advance. How many days notice do we want to provide before the new Terms and Conditions become effective?

At The Komodo Music, we want to reserve the right to change our service’ prices at any time
This is to inform our users that we reserve the right to change our module of operation at any time.
We also reserve the authority to refuse or cancel certain requests at our own sole discretion.
We collect your email address in order to:
Send information; respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Process request and to send information and updates pertaining to request.
However, you must provide us with complete and accurate details.
We may also send you additional information related to our service, Fees and Charges, Payments and Change of Service
How safe is our user’s information?
The information supplied by those surfing our website are very much safe and secured on our database.
