Wedding DJ Services

In Komodo Music’s attempt to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the following is a brief rundown of what kind of service you will receive when you book a KMDJ for your wedding.

 

Step 1

Meeting a vendor for the first time can be nervous, not to mention stressful and overwhelming. To ensure Komodo Music is everything you could want, and to take the stress out of it, we have an Obligation Free Meeting where we listen to what you want and tailor make a plan specifically for the pair of you. We go through all the details and at the end send you a document showing all the “missing fields” so it’s simply a matter of filling in the blanks.

We also understand that being busy people and trying to organize a wedding, coming to see us isn’t always possible, we usually do this first meeting over the phone or Skype anytime during the day or for after-hour appointments

 

Step 2

Once you have decided to go with Komodo Music, the next step is meeting your DJ. Around about 2-3 months prior to your event we will organize another meeting with yourselves and the DJ and go through your “Wedding Reception Details document”. This is also an opportunity to chat with your DJ and ask him (or her) any questions you have.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the DJ selected by Komodo Music, we will organize another one for you. After all, it is your special day and we want to ensure we have the right DJ for the right job. In this meeting we come to you so most weeknights we are free to meet.

 

Step 3

About 1-2 weeks before your event, we will touch base to ensure all information we discussed is still current, all songs have been selected, and just say hello to put your mind at ease.

 

Step 4

Your DJ will arrive early to set up and test the equipment, check the songs, liaise with the venue, and anything else of importance so when you walk through those doors you can relax, knowing everything is under control and you can settle down for a night of dancing and fun.
