Seeing alot of venues around Perth, us DJs get to see the inner workings and behind the scenes of what makes a venue work. And while most guests judge on a purely visual basis, we have been around the block a few times to know how it really stacks up.
Belvoir
http://www.belvoir.net.au/ Located in the Swan Valley, Belvoir Homestead is a majestic venue, encompassing beautiful architecture with Australian scenery. There is more than enough space, regardless if having 40 people all the way to 300 people, this venue can accommodate. It is able to split the room in two with a dividing wall in the middle. One of the advantages of Belvoir is that even if two functions are going on at the same time, you would never know. The venue is symmetrical, both having their own entrance, foyer (for pre-dinner drinks) staircase and bathroom facilities so you will never see the other party. Also the dividing walls are very good for keeping the noise in of your function and keeping the other side's noise out.The food is delicious with with their own in-house chef preparing the meals and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very accommodating and will tailor your event to what you want. There is also the opportunity to have your ceremony at the venue as well as they have both a lovely garden area and a gazebo, with kookaburras in their own gumtrees look out over, it makes this venue stunning place to take photos for your wedding album
